Property presentation – welcoming interested parties, organizing viewings, providing on-site information
Preparation and execution of a rental contract – legally correct documents, signature, coordination of handover and acceptance
Transfer of property to the tenant – recording all details and protecting the owner’s interests

If required, we also offer our clients a property management service, which includes monitoring rental fees, maintaining contact with tenants, handling maintenance matters, and full operation of the property.

Our service is based on a success fee, so there are no costs to you until we find a suitable tenant. We do not charge advertising fees, handling costs, or any upfront fees. The fee is due only after successful mediation and the conclusion of the rental contract.
